3 weeks have passed since i entered armour. I always have no time to blog. Actually I have a lot to say, but whenever I came back I would be chatting with so many people that I would be repeating in my blog. But anyway, NS life still goes on for me. As for Weixin he has already got disrupted, so he is free from NS for now. But I still have 13 weeks to spend in the School of Armour, and another 1.5 years in the ulu northwest part of Singapore. All the weekends seem so short, especially this weekend in which I have a weekend guard duty, so I effectively have only 5 hours to spend at home. Now I realise the importance of a 5-day work week, because it simply gives you more time to spend with your family. Family support is the best encouragement I can get and provides the greatest motivation. Then I also must constantly motivate myself so i won't stray to think of other things. Or perhaps I should think about my future, life after uni, what I should do. What can I really do with a degree in Mathematics other than teaching? It is worth thinking...

Yes!!! I finally got my acceptance letter to NUS for Science!!! So scared I will be rejected especially with people getting their letters a month ago... Siao liao lah. So now at least one less thing to worry about...

And this morning I finished my 32km route march and graduated from SISPEC!!! Never slept today loh... And guess what? Tomorrow I will be reporting to my new unit at LIM CHU KANG!!! WHAT THE HELL!!?!?!?!?! This is even worse than Weixin lah, whose camp is at Jurong West... Tampines to LCK. Sungei Ledong. I never even heard of that. And I suspect GR may be working there as a clerk... I rather get posted back to Tekong. Anyway gratz to Pua who got posted to Paya Lebar Air Base... Can look forward to a slack job in the next 1.5 years...

And my unit will be the School of Armour. ARMOUR!!! Damn xiong. That's what they say lah. 5-month conversion course to get my third sergeant rank. Siao liao. Monday Wednesday Friday physical training, Tuesday Thursday cheong sua. *faint* If I can survive, I should give myself a tap on my back liao. Haha... Oh yah and I will be dealing with tanks loh... Haha...

An interesting thing to note: My JC class has 4 Singaporean males, Xiang Min in Artillery, Zao Hiong in Signals, Jervis in Combat Engineers and I am in Armour! Haha... we belong to the 4 different support arms... So coincidental loh...

Think I will update more about armour in the near future. Hehe. Argh lim chu kang.
