Wah... tak boleh tahan liao... This sort of things is really need to blog one loh...

(introduction)
Once upon a time, there was this kid who entered my house for us to look after... Now he is 8 years old already...

We "babysit" for him for $400/month, but my mother decided that it will be too strenous for her to look after him and do the housework, so she decided to employ a maid for $240/month. Happy rite? Net profit $160/month and people doing housework for you. But you think extra 2 people no need extra expenses? So maybe net $0/month but still got people do housework for you. Haha.

However, I don't think my quality of life increased with a maid... My room remains messy, because I told her not to touch anything on my desk, due to the luan4 zhong1 you3 xu4. Then I always have to clean up my own room, because she cannot enter my room if I am in the room, and I am always in the room using the computer...

Rather I found my quality of life decrasing with that boy getting more and more irritating... ARGH... (refer to my previous entries)

(climax)
Theme of the day: Computer security

(All of these was known after my sister found that she cannot access gunbound and she interrogated the kid for 1 hour and discovered his jing1 tian1 da4 ying1 mou2)

Today, our whole family went out early in the morning at around 5am to send our brother off, leaving the kid and the maid at home. Then the kid actually woke up to "use" the computer.

First, he knows how to on the computer.

And he went on to mess up my desktop files by dragging them everywhere. (That's why gunbound crashes and my movies actually went into the photo folders)

Next, he can dial up to Internet because I saved the password!

Next, MSN automatically connects! And I'm online!

Getting curious, he opens it and using the dragging technique highlight all the contacts and press DELETE!

PRESTO! ALL MY CONTACTS WERE GONE! (Luckily I saved my contacts so I can restore my contact list. Or else damn sian.)

Next, he went on to his main motive, to play gunbound. However, he found that he cannot access because luckily I CAN'T SAVE MY PASSWORD IN GUNBOUND! Haha. However, he don't know and he tried 3 times and Gunbound had this policy that if you get your password wrong for 3 times you account will be banned for 3 days (Just like if you can't get your ATM password correctly in 3 tries your ATM card will be eaten). THAT'S IT! NO GUNBOUND FOR 3 DAYS! WAH LAO!

Lastly, he shut down the computer and pretended nothing had happened when we came back.

Plot:

IT'S SO DAMN LAME! My mother actually told the maid to keep an eye on that kid not to touch the computer. So this kid actually plotted and schemed with my maid and told her not to tell my sister. Why my sister? Because he waited for 1 month and found this dreadful day (today) that my brother will be going overseas, I will be going to school. Why not my parents? Because they don't know computer! So they won't be able to find out if he has fiddled with the computer. So only had to guard against sister.

PLEASE LAH! He only 8 years old and only 130cm 24kg that I one punch can send him from my house to downstairs liao loh. Zhen de don't know what he were doing. Wah lao. 8 years old already know how to do all this. What is this world coming to?!

So here I am blogging because I have nothing to do. (Actually I'm waiting for lunch) So moral of the story: Beware of strangers in your house who can be very scheming. Password to the startup system (but don't put if after 3 tries your whole system gets locked. Then happy liao) Lastly, a stranger and maid is the ultimately deadly combination!!!

End of an exciting morning.

Haiz... Feel so damn tired loh... Feeling so funny... But after releasing I felt quite relaxed... At least I have a way to kaobei that kid.

Since I'm here to blog, might as well blog about other things.

My brother just went to India on a 20-day Youth Expedition Programme to build toilets. Wow.

Actually that's just being sarcastic. I would also like to go overseas to do community work like this.. Heard they are building a school in the outskirts 100km from Bangalore. Hope in the future in universities I would seize opportunities like this also.

Just realise In JC our choices are still quite limited... Most of them are about academics... Although they proposed it through projects... expeditions... Then suddenly I realise that I have virtually no achievements for the year... So what should i do if I flop in my A levels... Paranoia sets in...

My brother actually brought 3600 rupees to India... That's about S$150... I'm wondering if that's even enough to buy anything nice over there... I mean I have learnt in secondary school that Bangalore is actually a very high tech city in India that their standard of living may be (or is) higher than Singapore. So apples may cost higher there... I wonder what can he buy with $150... Even if he is at the outskirts of Bangalore where standards of living should be much lower, but I'm sure he would only buy things in the city... Don't know lah...

Bon voyage!
