Kaoz... really long time never blog liao. Recently have been quite busy, with the tutorials and some other things outside A Levels. But then now that I feel like blogging, I actually forgot what I wanted to blog about...

Ok, first thing is about olympiad stuff. So now that our masterclass training clashes with the National Team Training, the school kicked us out of the training programme, and now they propose the same lecturer to provide us with some training in IMO questions. So happy. But then the professor charges us $75 per person per session for the 4 of us, and there is a total of 12 sessions. So after this course perhaps we can stand a higher chance to represent Singapore? It's not 100%, just a higher chance. And I also know today that I fared real badly in the selection test, but just enough to be able to get silver. Another thing: Now I know why professors can earn so much money. Haha.

Today I went over to teach Pua 2nd order DE. I think he knows the basics liao lah, so he knew the solving process quite fast. Forgot to bring the notesfor him today,so can't show him some proofs on why the solution can be found through this way. But he clever loh. Immediately apply to his IPhO question and was on the verge to solve it when he needs to go for training. But olympiad problem still olympiad problem lah, where can solve so easily one? Haha. But then sure can solve one. EVEN I CAN SOLVE LOH! bleah.

Today my GP tutor gave us back my GP essay on water issues. I got 33!!! Siao lao loh... First time leh. But I think she is being lenient, because my essay cannot be so high... But I did include some examples from all around the world... Managed to do that to a satisfactory extent haha. But I so scared I will flop in the A Levels and that's the end of me... Sigh...

Seems that the weather does not give us face recently, keeps on raining, and the hot climate suddenly drops to so low that everybody is catching a flu now. Don't forget if also kena Avian flu then... hope that they will combine to become H3N1 instead of H5N2 virus. Aiyah I'm talking crap. That is very unlikely to happen. But then it's really so cold that my heater can't heat the water hot enough to make me feel good. So all these days I have been cold showering :(

Hope everybody can take care of themselves, drink lots of water, then can resist the cold liao.

Yeah!!! Finally passed the ordeal. No more swollen retina nor bleeding blood capillaries, all clear!!! But now I have a lot of catching up to do :(

Oh yah, now I know why I can't see clearly with my right eye. Because the retina is water-swollen, it cannot refract the light into my fovea well, then my sense receptors cannot receive information on the region refracted. Argh... Today is the first day of National Team training and Masterclass. I can't go. Feel so sad.

Dear Diary,

FUCK!!!! I on the verge of losing my vision, and it's quite true. In today's badminton club session, played with someone, then he smashed the shuttlecock right into my glasses, breaking it and shattered my glasses. Luckily I closed my eyes fast but besides a minor cut, the doctor put some lotion into my eye to enlarge my pupil, so that he can see the inner retina. And the result? The inner of my retina has some shui3 zhong3, which means water gathered. Basically under pressure some vitrous humor sipped through my retina and caused a water lump between my choroid and my retina, and there is now a danger of a retina collapse. Sigh. So MC until Monday and need to go back for a check up again because these 4 days is a critical period, as my retina may collapse. Sigh. Really will get lost of touch with the public since I cant even use the MSN now. Can only blog one-way to explain my feelings. Yah, blogging. Sad. Thanks for all students and teachers who showed concern to me, and to the person who smash my glasses, I dont blame you, its an accident anyway. Dont feel so bad. The doctor say I can do anything except shaking my head vigorously and rou2 ing my eyes. Actually I have learnt a lot from this experience, at least I remained calm when faced with these circumstances. And the doctor say im lucky because my eyelashes are very long so my reflexes are quicker, preventing those shattered glass from entering my eys. To my mortal and angel: Can't write to you but I can't do anything about it. Lastly, the doctor gave me some optimistic statistics, that this has a 91% of recovering fully, but anything can hapen. I hope i wont be the 9% haiz....

Well, why this bad luck? I think its due to the good lucks I have been getting recently, hryyiomh into olympiad national team and getting s papers, but i hope this would be an isolated case, and not extend to an unlucky streak. sigh sigh sigh. Im quite superstitious, so i hope this wont happen. then I dont want to go blind...

Still not time to rejoice yet, but it is such a great achievement.

Ah... feeling so sian... I practically wasted the whole of my weekend doing nothing! After the campfire night, I went out for supper with my seniors and grand seniors. 04S32 won the best class item with a skit! This is the 3rd time in 4 years that S32 has won the best class item. Let's continue the tradition! It's so fun chatting the whole night out, but then in the end we need to share a cab home. So I returned home at around 2+ and shower and fell asleep immediately. And I find myself awake the next day at 6pm!!! Whole day gone...

Then comes Sunday, when I was waken up by Xiangmin's phonecall at 9am. Asked me about the tutorials. SIAN!!! So mug. Then watch tv whole day until the Ren Ci Charity Show at night. I was particularly annoyed by the fact that the phonecalls were only at 200k after 2.5 hr has gone, because so strangely the people must wait till the last minute when they are doing the dangerous stunts that they make the phonecalls. Why shouldn't they call earlier. I personally donated 15 bucks through 3 SMSes early in the show, but did not donate more towards the end of the show. No more money... The show is so touching, as in other charity shows. And today I received 3 SMSes of Thank you messages from the artistes...

School life have become boring again... But then now the MAC is organising the Maths Trail and Maths Camp, so very busy now. But other than this very few non-academic stuff like CIPs or outings. But I guess I just have to survive the last year before going into another stage of my life :)

Ah now you know why I'm so excited. YEAH!!! But they have cut down on the quota; only 17 people are in the National Team. So some of my friends in the Senior Team can't join me into the National Team. I think that is the importance of completing a full question to obtain at least an HM. But nevertheless I got into the team already, it is another target completed and the next target established. Heave a sigh of relief. Tomorrow still got lessons loh, but I think I am not sleeping already.

How come good things suddenly come to me these few days? This is followed by getting 2 S papers. It is so much different from last year in which I failed in lots of things. Feng1 shui3 lun2 liu2 zhuan4?! I certainly hope so, but then it proves that one really needs to put in a lot of effort so that he can seap whatever he sows. Phew...

But I hope I won't be too proud of what happened now, or else I will go down again and that's it, it is army time.

YES!!! I got 2 S papers!!! So happy... To think that I am one mark to getting C5 for GP so they won't offer me any S papers. If I can't get S papers because of this i would be so sad, because I got B4 in the block test!!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Haha... Birthday!!! But first thing of the day is a selection test to choose those people to participate in AMC. And to think that I made a careless mistake!!! So sad... If I cannot hit the quota and cannot participate in AMC I am going to regret because of this.

Nothing much happened today though, because I don't bother to go out with anybody, unlike Zao Hiong who went out with his friends to celebrate birthday. And I actually slept at 7pm!!! I guess I'm too tired *sob sob*. That's how I spend my birthday.

It is the first school day!!! So nice to be back at school again. But then most of my PRC friends have not reutrned yet, causing a rare balance of PRCs and locals in my class (14 turned up, 7 locals, 7 PRCs). Let's just say 10 didn't come.

But I found out that I had so much holiday homework that I had not touched yet. And now it is going to be stress to complete all. No time limit though :)

Ok... I can't solve any questions yesterday... I just have to admit that I suck compared to others when I asked around me and they could solve like 1 or 2 questions... sigh... Since it is over, I shan't talk about it anymore.

After the test Weixin, Yeong Heng and I went to the Gambas Springs. But then the place is so ulu that we missed a stop and we have to take another bus back to that stop. This is the second time I have gone to a hot springs and the feeling was GREAT! At first the water was like burning but then as my feet gets accustomed to the temperature it is not that hot anymore. But then I don't know if this is great for the feet.

Then after that they went to my house, watched a lot of movies and programmes until 6am. I still remembered I broke in between to go to Changi Airport to see some of my PRC friends come back from China. It was rather tiring to stay overnight, but then later we went to bike at the BMX trail, but just as Weixin blogged, he went 3 rounds and I punctured the tire. So we walked through the whole of 3km bicycle trail. But then a few days later when I go to replace the tyre the person said the tyre punctured not because of a sharp object, but because the outer tyre is worn out, so there are some holes in the outer tyre and some pressure difference caused the air to gush out through on of the holes in the outer tyre, causing a puncture in the inner tyre. So unlucky. Sux.

New year liao, must set New Year resolution. But then it is all those usual academic stuff before personal interests come in because it is A levels!!! Except for NAPFA in which I must aim for gold. Need to pump in lots of effort in standing board jump, 2.4km run and PULL UP!!! I can only do 2 now, after slacking for the whole holiday.
